WRC is awarded $200,000 through PCADV to become 1 of 6 pilot civil legal projects in Pennsylvania. WRC is granted funds from the PA Attorney General's office to provide legal services for battered women.
Anne Thompson, Program Director of the Susquehanna County WRC, received the "Leadership in Action Award" from the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence for her role in community coordination and advocacy to further the services and mission of WRC.
