GET HELP NOW

If you are being abused or assaulted, CALL 911 or your local emergency contact number
If you or someone you know is in danger from further or pending harm:
- Get to a safer location with the help of law enforcement, security, ambulance, or other aid.
- Call your local hotline for information, support and advocacy.
- Seek medical attention following an assault or abuse. There may be internal injuries or complications from the assault that are not easily known at first.
- Take with you whatever medication and important papers you can for yourself and your children.
- Most domestic violence centers and rape crisis centers can meet you at the emergency room of your nearest hospital or the police station. Call their hotline to meet with an advocate.
